Private Equity

Whilst in the past The Santon Group has received private equity for a number of the transactions it has undertaken, going forward we are also keen to be a provider of equity or mezzanine finance, particularly on property related transactions. We appreciate that funding markets are currently difficult and that sometimes where a transaction is inherently profitable an additional equity source can unlock a deal where there is a funding gap or short term cash flow difficulties. Premier Asset Management Group Limited - Fund Managers

Premier is an independent asset management company that is not part of a larger financial services group. They offer a broad range of investment solutions covering income, growth and absolute returns, with different risk profiles. It has won numerous industry awards and, as at 30th November 2014, had £3.2bn assets under management.

Santon invested through a consortium of investors, Queripel Partners, which acquired 50.2% of the company in 2014. The remaining shareholders are the management team and Electra Private Equity Limited.

Endura Limited - Branded Cycle Apparel Design and Manufacturer

Endura is a fast-growing Scottish-based manufacturer of cycle apparel, covering both mountain biking and road racing disciplines.

Santon participated in a consortium style investment organised by Penta Capital in October, 2014. In the year to 30th April, 2014 Endura generated £24m revenues globally and was winner of the UK HSBC Global Connections Award, recognising Endura's forward thinking outstanding performance and export potential.

Bonnie Gull Seafood Shack - 'Seaside' Restaurants in London

Born from a 'pop-up' Seafood Shack in Hackney in 2011 and with the successes of The Bonnie & Wild and The Bonnie-on-Sky projects the operators decided to take things a step further and open a permanent venue in Central London. Bonnie Gull has received rave reviews and is currently ranked in the top 15 London restaurants on Trip Advisor (Feb 2014).
