    • The Sandhu Charitable Foundation have donated £25,000 to London North West University Healthcare NHS Trust’s Covid-19 Staff Well-Being Appeal.  The Appeal was to raise funds to provide psychological support, healthy food, care packs and quiet spaces for staff to relax during their breaks, amongst other things.   The Foundation wish to show their unstinting support for the frontline staff of, especially, Northwick Park Hospital (in Harrow) and Ealing Hospital during this unprecedented crisis.

    • The Sandhu Charity believes in supporting local charities wherever possible and, to this end, has donated £10,000 to Ealing Foodbank.  The foodbank is a project founded by local churches and community groups, working together towards stopping hunger in the London Borough of Ealing.  Nobody should have to face going hungry.  It is Ealing Foodbank’s aim to provide three days’ nutritionally balanced emergency food and support to local people who are referred to them in crisis.  They are part of a nationwide network of foodbanks, supported by The Trussell Trust, who are working to combat poverty and hunger across the UK.

    • The Sandhu Charity donated the sum of £15,000 to BEfriend London.  BEfriend (formerly The Volunteer Link Scheme) provides one-to-one volunteer befriending to people within the London Borough of Ealing who are socially isolated because of physical, sensory, cognitive or psychological impairment

    • The Sandhu Charitable Foundation as Patrons of Variety, the Children’s Charity (via its Trustees, Bim and Pardeep Sandhu) gifted £10,000 to Variety.  Variety’s Patrons play a vital role in making it possible for the charity to keep on positively changing lives day in, day out by enabling Variety, the Children’s Charity to provide the practical help to ensure children and young people affected by ill health, disadvantage and disability reach their full potential.

    • By way of an annual commitment, The Sandhu Charitable Foundation donated the sum of £25,000 to Magic Bus UK.  The Magic Bus Programme uses a special combination of Physical Activity, Play, Sport and Mentoring to engage with children and young people living in poverty. Through their sessions, they teach important life lessons that will help those taking part to escape poverty.
